Oh, so you won't be interested in what I've been learning to make at the forge.

[ More knives for the knife boyfriend. She's come a long way now though, from making smaller trinkets - now she can make half-decent weapons.

And in reponse to his words, she very very stubbornly tries to keep her expression even. ]

We have a kettle for that.

[ ... Okay she is absolutely making a face.

And then leaning over to bite the finger pointing at her.

Only for a second, and she leans back with a huff - her eyes then flicking over the the space baby, Azzurra, to see what they think of the name. She is absolutely not letting Jinwoo call them Blob- ]

I can think of something else if you - [ There's a series of happy chirps in response, the little blob beaming brightly at them both at the name. Okay, they're officially now Azzurra. ]

Azzurra it is. [ She falls silent, as she considers. ] I don't want to put them back in that ball thing, so we'll need to make a place for them to sleep.

[ look how fast his head comes up from where he's half hunched over the baby who is ABSOLUTELY not being named Blob. The thin pupils of those lightly glowing purple eyes narrowing with worry. ]

--No, wait, I want to see what you're working on, that's not what I meant at all. [ loot goblin activated. please show him your knives. ]

And I know we have a kettle, just some mornings I'm in a rush and the kettle takes too long...

Well, I'm no handyman. So building a bed isn't exactly feasible...

Maybe we can go to a pet store and pick out a fancy pet bed...?

...I once saw one that looked like a fruit tart cup....

[ Seeing how fast he straightens up pulls a giggle from her, giving him a faint grin over the edge of her mug. ]

Alright, alright. Next time at the forge I'll send you a picture.

[ And then she huffs back, half-tempted to bite again. Not that he's... actually seemed bothered by it?? ]

It takes the same amount of time, you're just impatient.

[ But she muffles another giggle as she watches him pick up the baby, who cheers happily in his hands as she wobbles. Wobble wobble... ]

A fruit tart cup? [ That does sound really cute. She hums softly as she thinks, before nodding in agreement. While she could ask Blade, she knows he's busy with other things at the moment... ]

But a fancy pet bed sounds like a good idea, we should be able to find something nice for her. Since she's really small, it won't be too hard either...

[ nope. not bothered by the bite at all. Actually, the corners of his mouth actually lift every time she digs her pointy little fangs in him, even if he does respond with a little 'ow, ow...'

And I'm not impatient, I just have simple expectations. [ simple. truly.

Yeah. It looks like a round pet bed, but it's brown and textured like a little pie tart... then inside there's little pillows sewn in with the shapes of fruit. Then there's a little space left where the pet lies down....

I saw it in a window once but. You know.
None of my pets would really fit it...

Can you imagine Stone in a pet bed...

[ Is he... smiling when she bites him? It definitely seems like he's smiling! Maybe she should test that theory... ]

You do deserve pictures, I promise you'll get them. [ She'll reach over, giving his hand a squeeze - he will get to see the knives! And then she will let him test them out once they're done.

But then her brows raise at that explanation, watching him silently for a moment. Then she brings his hand slowly to her lips so she can -

Those simple expectations can be met with a kettle.

[ All you do is put water in and push the button!! And she'll let go of his hand now as he makes the gestures, head tilting as she watches him. The more she listens and imagines, the more adorable it sounds - smiling softly to herself now. ]

Azzurra would look really cute in something like that. [ There's another cheer from the baby, from where she has now planted herself next to them on the bed. It's nice to see that they seem so happy with them...

... And Stone with a pet bed. That can only end badly. ]

I'm not sure if the bed would last long. But maybe we could find something big and durable enough for Stone... Or make one, maybe I could make one...

[ So one day even he can have a cute pet bed! ]
